How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on purchases over €75 in the Peninsula. Below are the details of our shipping rates:

PENINSULA – €3.99 (2/3 working days). Free shipping on orders over €75.

BALEARES – €5.99 (2/3 working days). Free shipping on purchases over €100.

PORTUGAL – €6.99 (2/3 working days). Free shipping on orders over €100.

FRANCE – €15 (5 working days).

ITALY – €15 (5 working days).

GERMANY – €15 (5 working days).

BELGIUM – €15 (5 working days).

NETHERLANDS (Holland) – €15 (5 working days).

IRELAND – €15 (5 working days).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 24/48 hours . If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Our shipments are made through Correos , ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time to its destination.

What happens if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home when your order arrives, Correos will leave you a notice so that you can pick it up at the nearest office. You can also indicate in your order that we send it directly to the Correos office of your choice.

How long do I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of your wish to return the order.

What should I do to return an item?

1. Request your label: Send us an email to modapuntoshop@gmail.com or a WhatsApp to 684259024. Indicate that you want to make a return and include your name and order number.

2. Prepare your package: You will receive a return label. Pack the items you want to return well and attach it to the package.

3. Take it to the Post Office: Go to the nearest post office within the next 4 days. You don't have to pay anything.

4. Refund: Once we receive your package, we will review everything and refund the amount of your purchase (discounting the return costs).

Cost of returns

The cost of return within the Peninsula is €9. If you paid for the outbound shipping, it is only €5.

When will I receive the refund money?


Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund the amount to the same bank account, PayPal or Bizum that you used to make the purchase within 24/48 hours. The exact time will depend on your bank.

How long do I have to make a change?

If you have not chosen the right size and wish to change it, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of your desire to change the size.

What should I do to exchange for another size?

We do not make exchanges for another model, this process will be processed as a return and you will have to place a new order.

Cost of change

The first size change from the guest collection (except sales) is free . For changes to another item, the cost is €9.

When will I receive my new order?

As soon as we receive your package, we will prepare your new order and send it to you. If you need it urgently, call us at 969 32 28 57.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

No appointment necessary, only for Communion.
